Which track is right for me? +
If you train 4 days a week and want to build strength, hypertrophy, and general fitness without a race goal — ONYX FORM. If you train 5 days and have a race on the calendar or want to compete in functional fitness — ONYX RACE. If you want a coach to build your programme individually around your specific goals — ONYX 1:1.
When does programming drop? +
Every Monday morning. Your full week — every session, every set, every rest period — is live from Monday. You can train in any order that suits your schedule throughout the week.
What equipment do I need? +
A fully equipped gym with barbells and dumbbells. ONYX RACE includes running and mixed modal work which may require a SkiErg, Assault Bike, or Rowing machine. ONYX FORM is more flexible and can be adapted to most gym environments.
Can I cancel anytime? +
ONYX programmes run on a 6-month minimum commitment. This is intentional — results compound over time and 12-week blocks need space to work. After your initial period you can cancel with one month notice. See full terms at checkout.
Is ONYX 1:1 available now? +
ONYX 1:1 is limited to 10 people at any time. Apply via the button above — if a spot is available you will receive an onboarding call link within 24 hours. On the call we establish your goals, training history, and which direction fits you best.
What app do I use? +
ONYX runs on CoachRx — available on iOS and Android. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an invitation to download the app and access your track. Session logging, PB tracking, health integrations, and your training calendar are all inside CoachRx.
